Saturday night I was downtown
Working for my FBI
Sitting in a nest of bad men

A pair of 45’s made me open my eyes
My temperature started to rise
She was a long cool woman
in a black dress, just a 5’9 beautiful tall
With just one look I was a bad mess

I saw her heading to the table

Well suddenly we heard the sirens
And everybody started to run
A jumping out of doors and tables

Well the DA was pumping my left hand
And then she was a-holding my right

FBI를 도와 일을 하고 있었어
술병이 쌓여가는
악당들의 소굴에 앉아서 말이야
서편에는 밀주업자가 있었고
악당들로 가득 차 있었어
경찰을 부르려는 찰나에
바로 그 여인이 부르는
노래 소리를 들었지
풍만한 몸매에 눈이 번쩍 뜨이고
내 몸은 뜨거워지기 시작했어
그녀는 검은 드레스를 입은
늘씬하고 멋진 여인이었지
그녀의 눈길 한번에 난 미칠 지경이었어
늘씬하고 멋진 그녀는 끝내줬으니까
그녀는 무대 위를 걷듯이
테이블 쪽으로 향했지
찰리가 말하길 내 실력을
한번 보여 달라고 하더군
음, 그녀도 틀림없이
어디로 가야할지 알거야
그런데 갑자기 사이렌이 울리고
모두들 테이블을 넘어
문으로 도망치기 시작했어
총소리도 들렸지
내 왼손은 경찰에게 잡혔고
오른손은 그녀가 잡고 있었어
나는 그녀에게 곧 풀려 날테니
놀라지 말라고 말했어
검은 드레스를 입은
늘씬하고 멋진 그녀와
함께 살고 싶다면
나도 풀려 나야만 해
그녀의 눈길 한번에 난 미칠 지경이었어
